Doneene Keemer Damon, a partner at Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington, was presented with the American Bar Association’s 2015 Jean Allard Glass Cutter Award during the ABA Spring Meeting on Friday, April 17. This prestigious award, named for Jean Allard, the first woman to chair the ABA Business Law Section, is given annually to an exceptional woman business lawyer who has made significant contributions to her profession. Doneene was presented with the award in recognition of her professional excellence, her dedication to the work of the Business Law Section, and her demonstrated commitment to mentoring and serving as a role model for other women members of the section.
